I will overwhelm 'legitimate boxer' Paul - Joshua
Anthony Joshua is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-round match which will be broadcast in real-time on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" the American and "break" his opponent as the pair met personally to publicize the upcoming boxing match.
Ex twice unified title holder Anthony Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth disparity - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Boxer's Mindset
"I'm going to injure his face and hurt his body. My goal is to show I'm the better fighter," the British boxer, 35, stated.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will really want to cause him pain. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
Despite those words, a relaxed Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically known for his theatrics - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Paul instead attacked former Joshua's rival Francis Ngannou and described him as "ridiculous" after Ngannou declined a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at UK rival Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul victory.
"Jake Paul is superior to Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer stated.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of saying he intends to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua declined to speak negatively about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he remarked.
Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mostly boxed mixed martial artists or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in last year.

Nevertheless, the inexperienced fighter remains one of boxing's largest commercial attractions, frequently receiving huge paydays.

The 28-year-old anticipated a knockout win in round four or five and asserted he would derail the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly in the works for two years from now.
